• Tracking numbers will be sent out once orders are done being processed.
  
• After processing hair will take 3-5 business days to reach destination.
  
• NO RETURNS will be allowed, once order is put in and sent out there will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
• If you are local and located in South Florida areas such as Miami, Miramar, Fort Lauderdale and etc your hair can be picked up if you do not want to wait for it to be shipped.
  
• If interested in pick ups make sure you notify us ASAP by texting our customer service phone number at (954)934-8979 also leave a note in your order stating that you would prefer to pick up the hair.
• All pick ups will be picked up from our Miramar location, if you'd like to meet or get the hair dropped off an additional fee will be accessed.
